Proceed to checkout, enter your contact details, and transfer payment via GCash or Bank Transfer. Upload a clear screenshot of your payment receipt showing the Reference Number.
Our store team verifies your payment receipt within 15–30 minutes during store hours. Once verified, your status updates to Ready for Pickup and your garments are carefully prepared.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date your order was physically picked up at the store.
